We assist our clients in drafting contracts in all sectors, including sales contracts, supply contracts, contracts of specific works, lease contracts, contracts of mandate, donation contracts and ending on complex building contracts, as well as unnamed contracts. We offer our clients both the preparation of whole contract documentation, as well as reviewing contracts prepared by their contractors. We support our clients in contract negotiations or represent clients therein.
We advise on the selection of optimal solutions to safeguard to the maximum extent contractual interests of our clients. Preparing draft agreements and participating in negotiations, we pay special attention to precise identification of all risks associated with areas governed by the contract.
We place special emphasis on securing performance of the contract to the fullest extent possible, as well as possibly to avoid problems in connection with its execution and thus protect the client against litigation and enable him to save costs. We have extensive experience in preparation of contracts in foreign languages for transactions in international trade.
We also fulfill legal supervision over the implementation of the contract, including preparation of agreements, annexes, orders, preparing legal analyzes and reports for the executed contracts.
